Alpha is a time to explore Christianity. If you want to learn more about Christianity or are a new Christian, you may want to try out this ten week course. At Alpha we begin each week with a meal, sing a song or two, listen to a speaker and conclude with discussion in small groups. And there's always time for you to ask questions you have! (Sessions of Alpha at the Urbana Campus include a Mandarin Chinese group.)

Weekly Topics for Alpha are:

• Who is Jesus?
• Why did Jesus die?
• How can I be sure of my faith?
• Why and how should I read the Bible?
• Why and how do I pray?
• How does God guide us?
• How can I resist evil?
• Does God heal today?
• What about the church?
• Why and how should we tell others?

Frequency: Twice a year | Available to: All ages, high school and above | Cost: Free | Childcare: $5 per child, per evening
